About You

On the outside, ​you put your best self forward. You look after the people around you and are always thinking of others. You’re kind and considerate and feel good when people treat you the same way. You’ve achieved much in your life to feel proud of.

But feeling good about yourself is often short-lived and you find yourself doubting your achievements or telling yourself it was luck.

​

On the inside, you don’t feel good enough. It feels like everyone else is living their best life, and you’re not. It stings when people don’t show you the same respect or care you show them, and you wonder what you did wrong. You beat yourself up if you make a mistake or fall short. You feel overwhelmed by the responsibilities in your life, yet take on even more in an effort to please others. It all feels too heavy and you’re finding it all too much!

You’re exhausted and somewhere along the way you feel like you lost yourself!

It might be that there’s been a change or transition in your life. It might be that you have a decision to make. It might simply be that you’re too exhausted to keep going on like this. Whatever your reason, it feels like you can’t get to where you need to be without some help and support. You might feel uneasy at the idea of therapy or that therapy is too extreme.

About Me

Hi, I'm Charlie and I work with adults who feel lost, not good enough and overwhelmed that want to understand themselves better and build their confidence and self-esteem. I believe change and transformation is absolutely possible. I am Manchester-based, however, I work online so you do not have to live locally for us to work together.
